Cost & Fee Details

Size-Related Exchanges
- We strongly recommend checking our size chart before placing an order. If you’re between sizes, opt for the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
- A free exchange service (for color, style, or size changes) is available exclusively for customers in the Contiguous United States. This service does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S.V.I., and other non-contiguous regions.
- Free return labels are provided for eligible exchanges, but customers will bear the shipping cost for any subsequent exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return
- Ensure returned items have no artificial damage and retain intact tags and packaging.

- Due to high email volume, our support team will respond within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends).
Return Labels for Damaged Items
- Damaged items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Contact us to request a return label.
- Return labels are only available for U.S. addresses.
- Return postage is covered only if the damage is due to product quality issues.
Refund Process
- Provide the return tracking number to our support team after shipping the package. Tracking information is required to process refunds.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you’ll receive an email notification once processed.
