Shipping & Discount Policy
We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping for all orders totaling $49.01 or more within the Contiguous United States. For international orders, many qualify for free standard shipping when the order amount reaches $100 or more.
Order Processing & Shipping Timelines
- Orders are typically processed and shipped the next business day.
- All orders default to Standard Service unless you select an alternative shipping option during checkout.
- Once shipped, delivery times vary by service:
- Express Delivery: 7–10 business days
- Standard Delivery: 10–20 business days
- Note: Shipping times do not include the standard 3–7 business day processing period required before orders ship.
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
Delivery Restrictions
We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses. For detailed information about international shipping (including eligible regions and additional requirements), please contact us at support@Zivrrl.com.
Exceptions & Liability
While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, Zivrrl cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes (but is not limited to) severe weather, shipping service interruptions, customs delays, or logistical disruptions.
Shipment Tracking
A unique tracking number will be assigned to your package once it ships. You’ll receive an email notification containing this tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment’s status in real time.
How to Redeem Discount Codes
To apply a discount code to your order, follow these simple steps:
- Proceed through checkout until the final page before clicking “Complete Order.”
- Locate the designated discount code entry box on this page.
- Enter your code and click “Apply”—your order total will automatically update to reflect the discount.
Please note: Discount codes and referral codes can be used once per order and cannot be combined with other ongoing offers or promotions.
